Tractor Burrito

Ingredients

• Tortilla x 20
• Refried black bean x 2 cans
• Cheese of choice. Shredded old cheddar works
• Mix

Mix

• Ground beef about 1 kg
• Taco seasoning for 1 kg of beef
• Large sweet onion
• Bell pepper x 2
• Large bottle of salsa

Steps for Mix

1. Dice and saute onion and pepper. Transfer to bowl
2. Brown beef and drain
3. Apply Taco seasoning to beef per its directions
4. Mix in sauted veg and salsa

Assembly on each Tortilla

• Laying out all the tortilla can help to balance out the ingredients
• Spoonful of refried bean smeared on center
• Fistful of cheese
• Scoop of mix
• Fold left and right sides into middle, but not touching
• Roll bottom up, keeping sides tucked in
• Before completing, wet exposed top and section of roll that it will contact
• Store them sitting on this seam to help it close
• Wrap in foil
• Freeze

Heat them somehow and enjoy.
