Operation uses definable categories which also participate in the Attendance tracking system and are displayed on the Player Detail page.

Group leaders can mark attendance for their members after and event, and members of the Training group can track attendance for anyone in the org.

Operations can be set to DRAFT or SCHEDULED modes and be unlisted to the general public. In the event of SCHEDULED you define a day for it to be Published. DRAFT mode is manually Published.

Edit Access

Edit access is granted to players who meet any of the following conditions:

• They are the Org Owner
• They are a Group Leader
• They are a member of the defined "Training" group

If a player meets one of these conditions, an ""Add Event" button will be available in the button bar, and they will have access to the "Edit" tools within Operation details.
