Player record name format

Select from three name formats:

• Rank First Last : Cpl A. Lastname
• Rank Lastname : Cpl Lastname
• Lastname : Lastname

Org settings:

• Default Rank Set
• Exclusive Group Name
• Non-Exclusive Group Name
• Orphan Group Name

Roster ident settings

Manage the ident strings for Groups.

Seperator character

• or / for example

1-2-A or 1/2/A

Generate ident strings from higher unit to lower

• 1 Company - 2 Platoon - A Section
• A Section - 2 Platoon - 1 Company

Enlistment settings

Settings for managing Enlistment behaviour.

Enable Applications.

Literally enable or disable player ability to join the org.

Require Enlistment

This one is a little more suble.

If enabled the Enlistment application is used for players to apply, be reviewed and then either accepted or rejected.

If disabled Player records are created automaticly when they mark attendance to an Operaton via the discord bot, or use the /enlist command.

New Members Group

To avoid new members becoming Orphans select a Group, Role and Rank for them to be placed into on joining.

Commonly used here are things like "New Joins" or "Players Awaiting Training".

Recruiting group

The Recruiting group is to identify Players who will have access to do Enlistment reviews.

You can select from any of your Assignment or Department groups. Whichever makes the most sense for your Organization.

Training group

The Training group is to identify Players who will have access to edit Documents and Qualify Players in Courses, as well as Track attendance for Operations.

You can select from any of your Assignment or Department groups. Whichever makes the most sense for your Organization.
